How we work

1. Intake and diagnosis
You bring or send your vehicle to us. Our e-doctors conduct a thorough diagnosis to determine the cause of the problem.

2. Quotation and approval
After the diagnosis, you'll receive a clear quotation. You decide whether you agree with the proposed repair.

3. Repair and testing phase
Once you give the go-ahead, we start immediately. We perform professional repairs and rigorously test to ensure everything functions correctly.

4. Pick-up or delivery
Once the repair is completed, you can pick up your vehicle or have it delivered. We ensure quick handling so you can get back on the road quickly.

Remote defect diagnosis

If you're unable to visit us, we can also provide remote support.

How does it work?
We ask you to provide a clear description of the issue, accompanied by a short video showing the defect. This helps our experts quickly get a clear understanding and offer targeted advice for an appropriate solution.

  6. Wait until we've performed the repair.
What is the turnaround time for repairs?

The months from April through September are busiest for scheduling repairs or maintenance. During this period, turnaround times may be longer, so we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. The current turnaround time is:

  • Appointment while you wait: within 1 to 2 hours.
  • Without appointment: waiting time depends on the workload in the workshop.
  • Send for repair: within 1 to 4 weeks.
Can I visit without a workshop appointment?

You are always welcome to visit without an appointment. However, if our workshop is busy, we may not be able to assist you immediately. Our colleagues at the service desk in the store can best inform you about the expected waiting time. If you want to ensure immediate assistance, we recommend scheduling a workshop appointment.

Through our workshop planner, you can view an overview of costs for various services. Prices exclude material and parts.

Do I always receive a clear quotation in advance?

We always provide a clear and transparent quotation beforehand. It's important to us that you know exactly what to expect, avoiding unexpected surprises. After a thorough diagnosis, you will receive a detailed quotation. This helps you make an informed decision before we start the work.

Do you offer a pick-up and delivery service?

We offer a pick-up and delivery service for repairs or maintenance. There are associated costs, which can be requested from our customer service.

Do I have to pay for delivery after repairs?

When you have your product repaired by us, we provide free return shipping for packages only. For products that can't be shipped as packages, such as bicycles and scooters, a fee applies.

Periodic maintenance helps detect and address minor issues early, preventing larger and more costly repairs. Just as an MOT ensures all car parts function safely and properly before driving, regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your electric vehicle. This not only improves performance but also extends the vehicle’s lifespan.

When should you schedule maintenance?

Periodic
We recommend annual maintenance. Periodic maintenance helps detect hidden issues early, preventing minor problems from escalating into costly repairs. This ensures long-term safe and reliable use.

When noticeable changes occur
If you notice changes in your vehicle's behavior, such as reduced performance or issues charging the battery, this indicates something may be wrong. A maintenance check can prevent frustration and save money by addressing issues early.

After intensive use
If you use your vehicle daily or under demanding conditions, such as heavy city traffic or rough terrain, extra care is recommended. In these cases, scheduling maintenance every 6 months is advisable. This ensures all components remain in optimal condition, maintaining reliability and safety.
