Invisible installation and reliable tracking

The Tracefy Solo is invisibly installed in your e-bike. Unique to the Solo is that it doesn't need to be connected to your e-bike's power supply. The tracker sends a location update six times a day, instead of real-time updates, and does not send notifications when your bike is moved. In the event of theft, you can easily report it in the Solo app, after which the tracking service will take immediate action to recover your bike.

Advantages over other stand-alone trackers

While there are similar products on the market, the Tracefy Solo offers unique advantages. Many trackers use the LoRa network, which only has coverage in the Netherlands and is less reliable in rural areas. The Solo also uses LoRa but has a GPS sensor that can be activated in case of theft. This allows for accurate location tracking, even in rural areas and just across the border. Tracefy app

The Solo comes with the Tracefy Solo app, available on Google Play and the App Store. Although the app does not offer real-time location or trip registration like the Tracefy Pro, it provides an up-to-date location six times a day. In case of theft, you can immediately activate the Tracefy tracking service via the app. For advanced features such as real-time location, trip registration, movement notifications, routes, and statistics, choose the Tracefy Pro.

Insurance

The Tracefy Solo is Kiwa certified and therefore approved by all major bike insurers. This means you can insure your e-bike against theft with both the Pro and the Solo. Insurers like ENRA, ANWB, and Unigarant even offer discounts on theft insurance if your bike is equipped with one of these Tracefy GPS trackers.
